I have been approved by the Georgia Department of Human Resources to perform Clinical Evaluations.  A Clinical Evaluation may be required by the Georgia Department of Driver Services as part of a process for drivers license reinstatement.  A Clinical Evaluation is required if you have 2 or more DUI or Drug convictions within a 5 year period.
